疑难排查
Keebye 显示的每条消息是什么意思、怎么解决，以及如何重置。
大多数问题都归结为某项权限、缺少模型，或者听写被暂停了。先做快速检查，然后在下面找到你看到的那条消息。
热键没反应？先检查这些
- 托盘菜单里的 "Enable Dictation" 已勾选。
- 你已登录，而且试用还没结束（Settings › Account）。
- 已在系统设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 辅助功能中授予辅助功能权限。
- 没有安全输入处于活动状态 — 例如 Terminal 里的“安全键盘输入”，或者聚焦的密码框。
各条消息的含义
"Accessibility permission was revoked — reopen System Settings"
录音开始时缺少辅助功能授权。打开系统设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 辅助功能，把 Keebye 的开关打开。Keebye 会在 2 秒内重新启用热键。
"Failed to start the global hotkey listener"
macOS 拒绝了事件监听。请授予辅助功能权限，然后在 Settings（设置）里重新选一次你的按键。
"Could not arm <Key> — grant Keebye Accessibility access, then pick it again." 或 "Could not switch to <Key>; still using <Key>."
更改热键被拒绝了。授予辅助功能权限并重新选一次按键；在此之前 Keebye 会继续用原来的键。
"Microphone capture failed: <error>"
没有默认输入设备，或者音频流失败了。检查系统设置 › 声音 里的输入设备，并确认已授予麦克风权限。
"Speech model still setting up — try again in a moment"
所选模型不在本地磁盘上，或者还没加载完成。等胶囊提示条离开下载状态，或者在 Settings › Speech engine 里点击 "Download model"。
"Model download failed — reopen Keebye to retry"
五次下载尝试都失败了（网络、HTTP 错误或校验和不匹配）。退出并重新打开 Keebye；下载会从中断的地方继续。
"Speech Recognition permission needed — enable Keebye under System Settings › Privacy & Security › Speech Recognition"
选了 Native (Apple Speech) 引擎但没有授权。请授予语音识别权限，或者改用 Parakeet 或 Canary。
"Apple Speech recognizer is not available for locale …"、"Apple Speech recognized no speech" 或 "Apple Speech timed out after 15s"
Native 引擎的问题。端侧语言模型可能需要通过系统设置 › 键盘 › 听写 安装；否则请在 15 秒内说话，或者换一个引擎。
"Couldn't insert: Secure input is active (<App>) — dictation is blocked" 或 "Couldn't insert: A password field is focused — dictation is blocked"
聚焦的是密码框，或者某个应用开启了“安全键盘输入”（例如 Terminal）。点进普通文本框，或者关掉安全键盘输入。这是有意的设计。
"Text left on clipboard — paste manually"
模拟 ⌘V 或按键失败了。转写文本已经在你的剪贴板上；自己按一下 ⌘V。
"Dictation hit an internal error and was reset. Please try again."
会话工作进程从一次崩溃中恢复了。再听写一次即可。
更新或重新安装之后，初始设置窗口又打开了
这是过期的辅助功能授权。用 − 按钮把 Keebye 从系统设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 辅助功能中移除，再重新添加并打开开关。
重置 Keebye
退出 Keebye，删除 ~/Library/Application Support/com.keebye.app/settings.json，并移除服务 com.keebye.app、账户 auth 对应的钥匙串项。重新启动后会重新进入初始设置。诊断信息只输出到 stderr。
